如题所示,关于IEC60950-1:2005中Routine Test 耐压测试时间与电压设定,我本人从标准中一直没看到有比较明确的说法。& w8 E/ Q. P W9 z- I7 p4 q- l
根据5.2.2章节有如下内容:

这个内容说时间可以减少到1秒,电压可以根据表C来进行,但是说得很模糊,尤其是- M# g6 O; L# B7 G' x; p' [
Where, elsewhere 这两个单词,不好理解到底是哪里。是否也包括LN对地?我们产线上打的地方就是LN对地。
