成长，有多急？

去年毕业，工作一年半，测试工程师，现在的工作平稳，安逸，无奇。寻求出路，寻求爆发。

一年多以来，一直困惑于求稳还是求快的命题，年轻的心渴望一条可以为之疯狂的路。谢谢你的回复，我不会冲动了，呵呵~~
