Question:
Is it acceptable that different parts of a luminaire can be loosen by hand and by the twisting of the cable?
In this case the cord anchorages are placed on the base and the middle pipe, and are threaded in both ends
: f6 c9 d' X- `# Ybut without means of preventing the loosening of the screw connection. It can be loosen by hand. During
such an action, the cable will be twisted or the luminaire might fall in pieces. There is no cord anchorage

Decision:

work loose. The cable can become twisted or the luminaire can fall into pieces during normal use, c.f. §
