1.5.7.4, 2.4.2 – DOUBLE OR REINFORCED INSULATION BRIDGED BY COMPONENTS
This test was conducted after Electric Strength Testing of the insulation.
METHOD
The unit was connected to ___ [V ac, __ Hz ] [V dc]. An IEC leakage current meter described in Annex D of UL 60950 and a switch were connected with the bridging component __CY1__ , The measured current was recorded.
Measuring instrument used for test:
Annex D.1 – Simpson 228

Measurements were made under both normal and single fault conditions as notes below.

NOTES TO LAB:
1. The current measured through the bridging component and the Annex D measuring instrument shall not exceed 0.5 mA ( 0.7 mA pk).
NOTES TO ENGINEER:
1. Components subjected to single component fault conditions include IEC 384 -14, U, Y, Y2 or Y4 capacitors, or resistors which bridge double or reinforced insulation. IEC 60384 -14, Y1 capacitors were not faulted.

This test was conducted after Electric Strength Testing of the insulation.
METHOD PART1
The unit was connected to ___ [V ac, __ Hz ] [V dc]. A 2000Ω non-inductive resistor and a switch were connected between the load side of the bridging component __CY1__ , and [ protective earth ] [ neutral ]. A storage oscilloscope was connected across the points under consideration. The switch was closed and the following values were recorded:
           V p – Peak
           V dc – dc Voltage
           A p – Peak current = V p/2000
           dc – dc current = V dc/2000
           kHz – Circuit frequency in kilohertz
  •   In addition, a photograph or the waveform was made.
  • Measurements were made under both normal and single fault conditions as notes below.
    Y1 Capacitors were subjected to single fault conditions.

    此测试属于LCC测试项目。

    LCC 测试一个北美的要求,一个欧洲的要求
    + T& r" B  e5 T- B% z/ o测试时输入电源的频率对测试有很大的影响,注意选对AC source的频率

    第二个是要求把2k电阻一段串到电容次级另一端接地线(3pin)或零线(2pin)?
