關於車載充電器UL2089,閱讀在條文中有提到對線材的規定:

The length of cord external to the unit and including the cigarette lighter connector shall not be less than 3 ft (0.9 m) as measured from the end of the cigarette lighter connector to the point of attachment or entry. Exception No. 1: Output wiring for Class 2 or Low Voltage Limited Energy circuits may be parallel cord insulated with rubber, neoprene, or thermoplastic having a wall thickness of not less than 0.013 in (0.33 mm).

1). 有的認為既然標準沒有明確寫明是針對輸入還是輸出線的,那麼輸出線也參考這個標準;這樣非常痛苦,想象一下一個才5W約150g的產品拖一條18AWG SPT-2的線,不論是成本或形狀都讓有鬱悶;9 g0 u7 s- g# V6 K/ Y- {+ o" E
2). 有人認為從條文來看主要是偏向於輸入線而不是輸出線,況且此類產品本身從輸入到輸出全是安全低電壓,輸入線考慮濫用會嚴格要求,但輸出線既然沒有規定可視為不做任何要求?" A6 K! @" Y* S) W2 b3 g
請教這方面的高手,假如我的產品輸入24V,輸出10V0.5A且滿足LVLE要求,在UL認證時會對輸出線怎樣評估才是合格?另外是否不論條文上有沒有注明,例如exception 1,所有UL認證設備中的線材必須是UL認證線才行?(如可行的話我打算用PU彈弓線,這种材質的線一般都是沒有UL認證的,最好用24AWG看是否有可行性) |
