EN 71-1:2011版中,CE标识、制造商名称地址等已经不是EN 71-1标准的强制要求,但这些标识仍应符合2009/48/EC。那么,当客户要求出具2011版的EN 71检测报告时,是不是应该加入对2009/48/EC的标识判定才能算是完整报告呢?还是直接无视标识,仅按照EN 71标准判定即可?% b8 I: U3 H+ k/ C. [& o# A0 A

Toys made available on the market shall bear the CE marking. The CE marking shall be subject to the general( o- T) q/ h, y
principles set out in Article 30 of Regulation (EC) No 765/2008. The CE marking shall be affixed visibly, legibly and
$ s( ^8 `& ?2 v' U% h' Kindelibly to the toy, to an affixed label or to the packaging. In the case of small toys and toys consisting of small parts,

counter displays, that is not technically possible, and on condition that the counter display was originally used as
