31.2 To determine whether an appliance complies with the requirement in 31.1, the power input is to be measured with the appliance at normal operating temperature under full-load conditions (if required for normal operation), and while connected to a supply circuit adjusted to be the highest of the following:8 N3 a* h/ M!
