1）图片上插头连接器依据的检测标准是IEC60320-1还是IEC60320和IEC60320-2-2 ？

因產品是插座"APPLIANCE INLET"(安裝於成品上)檢測標准是IEC60320-1.

2）IEC60320-1的standard sheet C14 和IEC60320-2-2 的standard sheet E 有什麼區別？
基本尺寸是一樣.
IEC60320-1的standard sheet C14 指插座"APPLIANCE INLET"(安裝於成品上那種)
1 z( A! b. }6 MIEC60320-2-2 的standard sheet E 也是插座, 但是指用於有連接線那種(CONNECTOR).

  ?1 a( l0 m, \& V. @9 B6 YANS: 由於你生產的是插座(裝於成品上的), 此IEC60320-2-2 中的21 -0.5+0 mm尺寸就不適用了.
英文"APPLIANCE INLET"和"CONNECTOR"是很大的分別.

從IEC60320-1 standard sheet C14 頁中:

A rim which is slightly rounded on top is allowed around the recess if it has a thickness of at least 1,5 mm. Retaining devices or parts thereof may be within the area 1). No other parts of the inlet may protrude beyond plane A-A.

标准应该参照60320-1的C14

320-1适用的是器具输入插座；320-2适用的是插头连接器（带电源线的）。
很多人把这两个标准搞错，经常是误把320-2，也就是standard sheet E 当成C14，甚至认证机构也经常发错证书。
