APPROVAL CERTIFICATE NUMBERING SYSTEM
1. The number shall consist of five sections separated by the ‘*’ character.
Section 1: the lower case letter ‘e’ followed by the distinguishing letter

regard to the test mode defined in Annex III, section 3.6.
6 w1 A4 Y! _! I" u( T2 p; u5 s' BSection 3: the number of the latest amending Directive applicable to the
) I" h' Q  g& }6 ]approval. If applicable two further alphabetical characters are
to be added depending on the conditions described in section
2, even if as a result of the new parameters only one of the
  l- A% x/ K: \9 Zcharacters was to be changed. If no change of these characters
& H" W  j4 P) G  |8 c8 w9 Napply they shall be omitted.
Section 4: a four-digit sequential number (with leading zeros as
applicable) to denote the base approval number. The
sequence shall start from 0001.
) ]% O9 |$ u( _& \. G- d  H4 zSection 5: a two-digit sequential number (with a leading zero if
applicable) to denote the extension. The sequence shall
start from 01 for each base approval number.
2. Example for the third approval (with, as yet, no extension) corresponding to
( @6 W* P, `1 [! ~! b( q1 Q/ v! Q1 C* F( Xapplication date A (stage I, upper powerband) and to the application of the
engine for specification A of mobile machinery, issued by the United
Kingdom:

我们申请的是E11英国。

会有E*******的编号，证书编号不需要。
3 ]  m# A+ ~9 b% TE11是VCA负责，中国北京有他们的机构，直接问他们就行了。
