根据Weekly overview report of RAPEX notifications -week 25 – 2010显示，瑞典当局近日下令禁售和从市场召回产自中国和未明国籍的“Eco Light Nordic”和“Sunseon”品牌多个型号的LED灯管。

通报中列举了各种灯管的危险隐患，包括：* T% d8 Q+ V5 N- _, [) F( \* P
——安装时，灯管的自由端接头可能带电；
3 @5 Y* t) h# z ?0 D2 z/ R——电气间隙、爬电距离不够；% S6 y) B3 m) F
——绝缘电阻不够；1 w$ U3 |$ A+ R
——内部仅用基本绝缘保护的导体和灯体的金属部件接触；
0 w3 ^# r7 m# p' x8 o ~——导体的硅绝缘机械强度低，容易被损坏。
) @( C. w0 D* S6 g1 k& X这些缺陷使产品具有电击的危险。
2 q2 g1 r/ B/ Z产品不符合低压电器指令和相关欧洲标准EN60598和EN60699。

Electric shock
9 z& E7 X' z6 f/ w4 BThe product poses a risk of electric shock because:
n: ^# {( V6 W' [- during mounting the free-end connector of the LED tube might be live;
$ D4 R, Z" |3 b. b8 K- the clearance and the creepage distances are not sufficient;
1 d. V% h; }0 L- the insulation resistance is not sufficient;% i$ \1 D% O z1 q' D
- internal basic insulated conductors are in contact with the metal body of the lamp;
! ]5 a6 }, t( o5 n7 M- the mechanical strength of the silicone insulation of the conductors is weak and can be easily damaged.6 V0 ?8 s7 [# l) }
8 n2 R( |. {4 P: C, u* u! h! p% ]The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standards EN 60598 and EN 60699.% Q2 T( `$ Q( S# j
, ^6 r/ k- C% c2 y+ h& K& DWithdrawal from the market and recall from consumers ordered by the authorities. |
