列关键元器件清单是按照什么原则来的，哪些要列，哪些不要列？

是关于什么认证的呢？
大概是电线、开关、插头、控制器、电动机等，

You can deal it through the aspects shown below:
1. Normally, you can use your own experience or share sb else's experience and decide which kind of components are critical components, In this case if there are some old cases about the certification, such as UL, then you can find out the description about the critical components, then use it as its way;
2. Secondly, you can read the related products standards, then find out which components are control by UL, then use it, for example, UL 817, the insulation material, the case of the attachment plugs and the pins are controled by UL;
3. Discuss with the certification engineer in the third party, which kind of components are controlled and are considered as critical components......
