按照指令Directive 2002/96/EC（WEEE）ANNEX IA 界定的产品种类来看，仪表类似乎不在该指令控制范围之类，具体还需通读指令内容为准，特附ANNEX IA 如下供参考。

Categories of electrical and electronic equipment covered by this Directive
1. Large household appliances
2. Small household appliances
3. IT and telecommunications equipment
4. Consumer equipment
5. Lighting equipment
6. Electrical and electronic tools (with the exception of large-scale stationary
industrial tools)
7. Toys, leisure and sports equipment
8. Medical devices (with the exception of all implanted and infected products)
9. Monitoring and control instruments
10. Automatic dispensers

應該就是第九樣 Monitoring and control instruments

寫得太模糊了一點

問實驗室結果說要做!!!都快搞不懂了

Bowking, 推测没错。 item 9 包括如下具体设备：
9. Monitoring and control instruments
Smoke detector
Heating regulators
Thermostats
Measuring, weighing or adjusting appliances for household or as laboratory equipment
Other monitoring and control instruments used in industrial installations (e.g. in control panels)

对于laboratory equipment 来说是需要符合该指令要求。但所提的测试，由于这个指令不同于RoHS之类，不清楚那些实验室可以给该产品做什么类型的测试。请告知！谢。
