简单说一下吧:

WEEE指令案适用于以下电子电气产品:大型家用器具,小型家用器具,信息技术和远程通讯设备,用户设备,照明设备,电气和电子工具(大型静态工业工具除外),玩具、休闲和运动设备,医用设备(所有被植入和被感染产品除外),监测和控制器械,自动售货机. “电子电气设备”(WEEE)指的是属于设计使用电压为交流电不超过1000V和直流电不超过1500V的、正常工作需要依赖电流或者电磁场的设备和实现这些电流与磁场的产生、传递和测量的设备
