怎么看CE证书上标准是否有效

我要确定一个路灯的证书，上面的写的标准是EN 60598-2-3:1994+A1:1997+A2:2001
EN 60598-1: 2000+A11: 2002+A12: 2002
有知道的指点下

我在2006/95/EC上找到的信息：

看CE证书上的 EN 60598-1:2008+A11:2009 为最新版本,2010年元月1日正式生效
EN 60598-1:2004 版本到2009年11月1号就失效了!

EN 60598-1:2008+A11:2009 为最新版本,2009年11月1日强制执行。

旧标准2004：A12006在2010年1月1号起强制失效。

具体可以在cenelec网站查询到。

这时间恐怕不对吧，如果09年11月1号旧标准失效，而新标准要2010年才实施，那中间一个月岂不成了没有强制执行的标准的真空期

登录http://www.cenelec.eu/Cenelec/Homepage.htm，输入标准（For example:60598-2-3)，在跳出页面中选择你要查询的标准的上一行(紧跟的新标准），点击它，在跳出的页面看DOW的时间（也就是你要查询的标准的作废时间）.

查一下协调标准就可以，欧盟官方网站上有呀！根据List of references of harmonised standards查找对应指令的协调标准，就可以很清楚的知道标准是否作废，还是被替代还是更新等等。
