Production Manager  (Located In Yancheng, Jiangsu Province)

* ^" R4 ]3 t7 K; t% @    Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
  d! R: A9 B+ A' {/ g% ]    Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories
    Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
    Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.
& K; p# ^& ~/ \3 F6 m( ]2 H    Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.
    Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.
    Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.
    Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate  data.

Experience and Skills Required:

1 a% w/ }  G6 Q( U9 c; M/ Q" x    5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
    Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.
    Familiarity with UL 588
/ _$ f8 p  i6 g$ C5 P    High level of initiative, organization, accuracy, and judgment
5 {  U$ D8 {6 S1 L' g    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
