Production Manager  (Located In Yancheng, Jiangsu Province)
Responsibilities:

    Direct supervision of production team members including scheduling, training, attendance, goal setting, and time off.
    Manage relationship with UL and other testing laboratories
, k( h1 O6 b# i- z6 p% K& ?    Work closely with Production Planning to manage scheduling and ensure on-time deliveries to our customers.
    Maintain an efficient work schedule to meet production demand.
    Manage and update all changes to production work procedures.
    Responsibility for safety of production activities and team members.
; f( B# y! L9 I( a0 e, v3 \    Work closely with all production support staff to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our operations.
: o5 s4 g1 ~- H    Management responsibility for all manufacturing related transactions to ensure accurate  data.

& i4 s$ c, k  T, H! F2 K; uExperience and Skills Required:

7 r( ^: q% t) w4 f9 m    5+ years of experience in relevant supervisory experience in a fast paced environment
( s" X( @6 M# C# x( b+ D, q    Must have manufacturing experience, with a focus on decorative lighting for Christmas, lawn/garden, LED and Solar power.
    Familiarity with UL 588
    High level of initiative, organization, accuracy, and judgment
4 c# q! F% K! h0 Y/ l7 n7 O6 i    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3 X5 A2 U2 {# K& |" I    Self starter with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

    Persistence, motivation, and professionalism to find answers and solve problems
    Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency
