现在07版本不分出厂检验和型式检验了，这些都要测试的，以后的趋势是要求企业能够出具自检报告的能力，进口的已经有这要求了

the manufacturer and/or installer should carry out such measures during manufacture and/or installation assembly as to ensure that each item satisfies all requirements even if it is not completely

a) production methods (to ensure good manufacturing output and constant quality) where such
