| Educational Craft Kits Recalled by FloraCraft Due to Violation of Lead Paint Standard/ u g& |$ d6 @9 h* ` f
WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately unless otherwise instructed. Name of product: Solar System Kits and DNA Kits

Manufacturer: FloraCraft Corp., of Ludington, Mich.
" e3 D g* x; }. |$ g) r# q/ iHazard: The surface coating on the educational kit抯 wires can contain excessive levels of lead, violating the federal lead paint standard.
; m# s3 l' U2 y) O/ Q& ~Incidents/Injuries: None reported.; b7 \3 A& c. v+ U
Description: This recall involves the 揝olar System?and the 揇NA?children抯 educational craft kits sold under the FloraCraft and HYGLOSS brand names. The kits contain green coated wires that measure 14 ?inches long and Styrofoam shapes. The following model numbers are included in this recall. The model number is located on the kit抯 packaging.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the craft kit抯 wires away from children and contact FloraCraft to obtain free replacements.
