Written or graphical indication of quantity, with the exception of (i) toys commercialised per numerical unit in packages whose contents are clearly visible and (ii) toys commercialised per numerical unit in packages whose contents are obvious but not clearly visible and that contain one single item. Toys commercialised in units of mass or volume have to include the quantity in written form. % C2 [# T6 w) l( S! }0 Y
For toys manufactured in Mexico, the manufacturer's name, address and corporate name. In the case of imported toys, this information must be submitted by the importer to the Ministry of Economy or the Federal Consumer Agency (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor) at the request of either one of these bodies. The Ministry of Economy or the Federal Consumer Agency are required to provide this information to consumers who have any complaint about the product and request the information.
