楼主，你好，　这其实就是一则招聘信息，对职位的要求，没有必要做成一个文本，还要让会员一个一个这样下载，性价比太低。

Procedure for obtaining reviewer status

Requirements for TRF approval-engineer / reviewer

• Engineer Degree/Technician or equivalent.
• Skills in product safety testing for minimum of 2 years
• for every product category at least an experience of 6 months is needed with a total minimum of 2 years (experience for testing is regarded testing, acting as expert for testing as well as approval of test reports).
• Will have successfully completed 5 tests for standards to which part 2s’ exist and 10 tests for standards with wide scope to which the person is authorised.
• Demonstrable skills in laboratory work and measuring.
• Knowledge of standards in applicable product area(s).
• Knowledge in standard interpretation for the relevant standards (CTL).
• Knowledge of proposed changes to the relevant standards.
• Good verbal and written English skills.
• Experience in project coordination.
• Experience in product reviews.
• Capable of applying knowledge and solving problems independently.
• Co-operation and appearance skills.
• Good knowledge in information technology applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to solve customer’s problems in co-operation with other experts in xxx Group.
• Knowledge of IEC/ISO 17025.
• Knowledge of measurement methods and measurement uncertainty.

Proposal for the qualification process for reviewers:

1. Basic requirement: Requirements for TRF approval-engineer / reviewer see above
2. To attend training for reviewers organized by xxx.
1. After item 2) completed: (: five reviews of complete test files without major deviations on the basis of the standard in question.
2. Without item 2) completed: (Report Guangzhou Lab 17. and 18. May -- update October): Corrective actions: new procedure: if any project engineer pass the review of Kari 10 times without mayor deviations he or she will receive the review status of CEBEC,xxxx automatically for that test standard.
3. The plan should include (random) check of reviews done, interview and examination with questions.

Each xxx certification body will consider if a final examination for their reviewers is applicable. The plan, if any, should include (random) check of reviews done, interview and examination with questions.

4. Status for the reviewer of the Test Report and the test file for each relevant certification, can be granted by: xxx
5. Status list of approved reviewers is kept by), information on changes are sent to xx and CBTL:s.
6. Test Engineers are encouraged to announce to xxx when she or he is starting the compiling of test files in order to gain the minimum number meant in item 2.

Recognition of reviewers:

1. recognition by the European Certification Manager (pending), or
2. recognition by one SGS certification body; if one certification body has recognized the reviewer then she/he is automatically recognized by other bodies for the category in question.

不是招聘内容! 不知你怎么看成是招聘广告了,该资料的英文原文procedure for obtaining reviewer status/获得审核者的程序。性价比太低？见仁见智吧。
我觉得这是大多数安规人员必须走的一个过程，如果有心在这行发展的话。至少有个标杆。
呵呵!
因为我的威望6点，刚好想下载个电源能效标准需要威望7点，差1点就下载不成该标准
这是某公司内部资料，我把公司名去掉了。
目的，只是让做安规工程师的同仁如果有心想成为一名合格的报告审核人，应该具备什么条件，有一定的努力方向。
当然，不同的公司要求侧重点有所不同。
