有一款Class I 石英管取暖器，帶風扇電機(風扇電機的繞線與後鐵板的距離只有3mm),請問是否合乎安規。

I类后面的钢板有接地吧. 那应该要满足基本绝缘4mm吧.

LZ的此款带风扇取暖器是属于污染等级为3级的产品，按60335表17基本绝缘的最小爬电距离的要求是4mm,但注1中有绕组漆包线的爬电距离不必在于表16基本绝缘的最小电气间隙的要求（1.5mm).
所以应符合电气间隙和爬电距离的要求

不是的,增加的0.5不变.
9 ?4 _& n3 y* V3 S! _3 q注C说的污染等有为3时,由0.5增加到0.8,这个0.5和上面的0.5不同.是指额定脉冲电压1500V及以下的最小电气间隙.

是不是应该用B型试验探棒（试验指）插入开口后再测量，并且绕组到试验指之间的距离至少为加强绝缘的爬电距离的要求。（从图片上金属外壳已接地）

根据CTL desicion sheet  即使用测试指, 也只是基本绝缘的要求.

对于注1中 有绕组漆包线的爬电距离不必在于表16基本绝缘的最小电气间隙的要求（1.5mm), 我认为其前提是符合 29.1.1 的微污染环境下适用的, 对于此图的结构, 应该是不能应用的.
