根据标准25.8中表格11描述导体的线径由额定电流决定；而额定电流又是由厂家定义（3.1.6）；并且额定电流按照10.2规定，可以有偏差。

问题：一个电动器具，厂家定义额定电压：230 V ～/50 Hz    额定电流：10A， 但实际测试10.2中电流为5A，按照10.2的规定电动器具额定电流大于1.5A只有正偏差的要求，则厂家这样定义符合要求。

按额定电流，而不是实测电流。

特殊规格有负偏差！额定电流不能按只按通用要求来定，还要结合特殊要求才可以的。

表格11规定的根据载流量来选择线径没有引用标准,是根据实际使用和测试情况.由专家们讨论定下来的

我觉得要按所标的额定电流来,毕竟要留安全系数,测试的时候负载怎么带的?实际用的时候超负载运行的情况也会存在啊.载流量的标准,可以参考论坛上的这个贴:http://www.angui.org/bbs/read.php?tid-175.html

电动器具的功率标准不能超过＋15％，所以工厂经常把功率作小，建议你拆掉所有配件和机器外壳，单独测试电机，看看电机是不是和你们当初下订单时的要求一样，从你提供的电流值来看，应该是电机偏小，很明显2300W的机器，变成了1150W。负载也会明显变小。

如果是实际测试输入电流是11A，但标的额定电流是10A，线长超过2m,那是按额定电流选1.0mm^2，还是按实际测试选1.5mm^2?
