公告产品是一种DISCO舞厅用的特效灯，公告的缺陷有三点：

1. 更换灯泡时可以触及灯座的带电部件。

不过因为我看到chenlf提到的双重绝缘，所以以为我们对strain relief  device的理解不同。

还有更多形式的说法俗语：降落伞，走迷宫，压线板，大家补充，都是防拉装置的一种

我的观点如下：

1. cord 一般建议称泛为电线更为通用，因为不清楚是否电源线或内部线。

' s9 X! ?* N# M2 c2. 提双重绝缘，主要是考虑图片中走线似乎是在灯具安装的底部，这是需要考究的，但是图片上无法提供任何有效信息。分析时，可能没有适当分段而造成误读。

% T( w  m# c' A: k- n  [补充一点缺陷：该小夜灯的形状和外观很容易被孩子将其视为玩具，孩子在玩耍时有触电和被烫伤的危险，那么该小夜灯不符合欧盟低电压指令和欧洲标准EN60598。另外从外观来看似乎材料易损坏，如果破坏后碎片锋利，有令人受伤的危险。
3 Q' s7 i5 C2 j; s另一方面，如果当小夜灯插在电源上更换灯泡时，人体易接触到带电体，不知道该灯是否有更换灯泡的标记，以前也有很多这种原因造成产品海外召回。
