关于电焊机IEC 60974-1z中的电气间隙和爬电距离

没有发现电焊机类，就选了电动工具。

有点不是很明白，希望高手能指点下
Supply voltage is a.c. 240V 60Hz
各自的爬电距离和电气间隙应该是多少？

对于电气间隙，标准的第一列说的很清楚要参考 Annex A, 但是Annex A 中是选择 Single-phase three wire systems 中的 120 to 240 还是220 to 240 一行呢？有什么依据？希望大家指点下

电气距离应该用过压等级II去计算

For working voltage 130V< V< 250V :
      一 :between live part of different polarity :1,If protected against deposition of dirt : creepage distance : 2.0mm ; clearance : 2.0mm .2,If not protected against deposition of dirt : creepage distance : 3.0mm ; clearance : 2.5mm .3,if lacquered of enamelled windings:creepage distance : 2.0mm ; clearance : 2.0mm . 4, for positive temperature coefficient(PTC)resistors including their connecting wires,if protected against deposition of moisture or dirt :creepage distance : 1.0mm ; clearance : 1.0mm .
      二 :between live part and other metal parts over basic insulation :1,If protected against deposition of dirt : (1)if of ceramic material ,pure mica and the like :creepage distance : 2.5mm ; clearance : 2.5mm .(2)if of other material :creepage distance : 3.0mm ; clearance : 2.5mm . 2,If not protected against deposition of dirt : creepage distance : 4.0mm ; clearance : 3.0mm .3,if the live parts are lacquared of  enamalled winding : creepage distance : 2.0 mm ; clearance : 2.0mm .4,at the end of tubular sheathed type heating elements:creepage distance : 1.0 mm ; clearance : 1.0mm .
   三:between live part and other metal parts over reinforced insulation:
      1,if the lave part are lacquered or enamelled windings or protected against deposition of dirt : creepage distance : 6.0 mm ; clearance : 6.0mm .
         2,for other live part not protected against  deposition of dirt :creepage distance : 8.0 mm ; clearance : 8.0mm .
