Job Responsibility

4 X% v: ^. _7 q6 s    Develops and recommends short and long-range objectives consistent with corporate guidelines and initiatives for assigned area.
    Develops and recommends budgets for assigned area and conducts activities in accordance with corporately established plans and budgets.
) I4 n6 w! v+ |% ~& m/ Y# U, b    Manages activities of assigned area toward accomplishment of established business unit objectives.
; C' i* U: Y1 M3 _' \5 g    Reviews organization and staffing plans in assigned area to achieve established business unit objectives.
    Manages staff development activities and implementation of reengineering activities in assigned area.
6 r( N/ C+ ~5 t    Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
    Performs other duties as directed.

    Working knowledge of concepts and principles in own technical/subject area and a general understanding of other functional areas within the division.

! q$ z* x5 t/ e/ y) x    Generally five years of related experience.
•    Be Familiar with the Principle and Construction of at least one of the following products:
o    Office automation equipment, power supply, telecommunication equipment etc.
% _6 |4 `; E7 G% |* Xo    Wire & Cable, Industrial Control Equipment.
o    Household appliance such as air-conditioner, refrigerator, water cooler, heating appliance, and cooking appliance.

Additional Skills/Requirements        
        
    Solid experience gained from testing laboratory products and in-depth knowledge of the industry and trend.
# n1 \/ }& |2 d7 l    Familiar with international testing standards.
    Chinese reading, fluency in both English and Mandarin are preferred.
/ v4 V( x- k8 R7 N! x5 D" c; P    Mature and independent.
    Good communication, customer focus and time management skills.
