1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions* }+ j2 U. i& Z- ]9 C$ g/ F7 Q
necessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the
- }$ b. x8 [: u# L0 C& [; i2 F4 vlatest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
- M% ^& R4 E2 SThey shall apply those provisions with effect from 29
1 h: S- }( q3 ]5 b: yDecember 2009.
|- d3 a4 I' d2 o( G% Q. QWhen Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain
/ w: ]! I4 U" g5 L; Fa reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such; R o, E `0 S
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member1 v# X, J" p d) n: g6 F3 q
States shall determine how such reference is to be made.7 A7 S4 M% [. t2 a& z8 {- R2 k0 Q
2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the ?9 w- J, a8 z, j/ S0 U5 e
text of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the7 q7 \ Z0 Y3 t4 J# k& e
field covered by this Directive, together with a table showing* |% O: |8 P5 Y2 P" ?$ k
how the provisions of this Directive correspond to the national x/ H7 D8 W6 j! f$ t4 e& o% ~' ?7 c
provisions adopted.( s: D+ D& v8 _2 z2 P/ |! x
Article 27
. U. g9 |* E! i8 ~Derogation
; k& r$ Y+ m) h9 nUntil 29 June 2011 Member States may allow the placing on
1 ~/ b+ l6 p% v$ Athe market and the putting into service of portable cartridgeoperated, r* I9 o* p4 @2 v$ D3 K4 y
fixing and other impact machinery which are in
* i: Q8 \. d. hconformity with the national provisions in force upon adoption4 C# E A4 ]7 P$ p7 w4 U
of this Directive.$ J. f; d0 }7 i( g. M3 X
Article 28
F; A& B4 u c; J; j& s) ?5 PEntry into force6 Y. S; M( g, W0 |, L' f( O6 T
This Directive shall enter into force on the 20th day following- p& e5 h* M' u/ g7 o% L
its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. |
