[CE认证] CE需要安规螺丝吗

有限公司提供：
家电产品一般都需要有安规螺钉的.也就是要用特殊工具才能拆卸的螺钉.比如工字型螺钉,三角型螺钉.不过一般只需要其中的部分用这种螺钉.

这个应称为特殊螺丝吧,这个要求是针对电源软线的连接方式才用的吧?
, n9 Q& H& M4 O3 }( K: e1 d' j如果针对你这里来说的话,我觉得应可以不用.% g* o" j% P: R3 p1 u9 ?
提供参考,具体你还得问认证公司,毕竟那才是"权威",它们说要你不能不要.

[s:18]其實若是無理要求~是可以針對法規提出~拒絕無理要求的！, _: t' I  i! U5 V, t

就算案件去到德國也不需害怕！# m( t& G* q8 ~8 u2 r+ O

因為其實很多時候~就算老外也會因為觀點不同或....他自己也不見得專！# c* x7 f1 ?) w6 l) u* l$ y

大家好，我这几天太忙，不过顺便告诉大家，我到一家认证公司－－XX，问了他们的安规工程师，他认为没有要求我那个所谓的“安规螺丝”，只要那些螺丝符合扭力和耐力，就行了，至于是否正确，我会咨询其他认证公司，到时候再回复大家。

335是不需要所謂的安規螺絲，你可以查一下工具（335-1, TOOL）的定義：

screwdriver, coin or any other object that may be used to operate a screw or similar fixing means- Q$ D3 E1 r- D. @+ `, p  B# P
而3.6.2 可拆卸部件
1 ^8 d  S: e$ d4 J5 q6 ]detachable part 8 g5 G. }! k, X% {
part that can be removed without the aid of a tool, a part that is removed in accordance with the instructions for use, even if a tool is needed for removal, or a part that does not fulfill the test of 22.114 @( v; E4 n0 ?  d
綜合而言，不需要特別的安排，有時只是客人要求，而且價錢上沒有太大分別，所以也會接受。
/ w1 E; `+ r  U不管什麼螺絲，底殼螺絲是要依28章做扭力測試的。

此问题，大家不要老是去看螺丝的章节，应当看机械部件或危险部件的地方，他们的要求往往以下面的形式出现：( ?+ S/ z, r# E0 I1 H9 G/ o
  H1 H2 P/ D: L9 X
+ N/ o2 F- }) g( w
All guards shall be permanently attached to the machine and shall not be detachable without the use of tools.
  q- D2 B7 i7 U0 H4 fThe opening of guards shall require the use of a tool.
# m- j: ?1 I0 w% m) g3 d& k7 a" p3 ^4 O
当然335-1好象是没有此要求，-2就不一定了

All power driven components shall be guarded to prevent contact during intended use.

  V8 R5 s% W  y7 N) A, wAll guards shall be permanently attached to the appliance and shall not be detachable without the use of tools. The opening of guards shall require the use of a tool. Exceptions to this are

我问了ITS,说没有要求，呵呵，也就是说我没有必要再另外装“CE"螺丝了，谢谢各位的关注。
