     大家好！公司供给客户的欧标插头没有印接地极、中性接和带电极符号，原因是表面涉及欧盟多国认证标志印字省略导致，另外也了解很多其他厂家也存在没有印的。现在客户提出异议，请教高手指点：
2 {- |5 P7 j7 t. u     第一，根据VDE标准，是否必须在插头表面印接地极、中性接和带电极符号？
     第二，若有必须印，或者可印可不印，有没有相关的标准描述支持，若有，请分享说明下。谢谢！

无疑，必须要求。国内CCC例行检查就包含极性检查，这些必须有。

欧标插头参考的标准是IEC60884,此标准对于Marking的要求（如下）没有说明要印接地线、中性线和带电极符号，所以是可以不用印的。

8 Marking
8.1 Accessories shall be marked as follows:
– rated current in amperes;
& ]3 @" q" S# g" w% v# u2 v– rated voltage in volts;
# I2 i5 m) }$ v$ X5 p" h– symbol for nature of supply;
- f3 L  V: {7 V– manufacturer's or responsible vendor's name, trade mark or identification mark;

: y2 S0 }/ u6 B  Z2 I; i8 M此标准对插头的印字是有明确要求印中性极、接地极、带电极的符号，与欧标插头是不一样的。
