& F$ C; Z# Q, O8 Z1 G大家好，我们有一个红外温度计， 过了EMC认证，现在澳洲客户在追问这个产品的分类，澳洲的分类有一下描述，这个产品不是high risk device我们已经可以确定， 是使用电池操作的，有microprocessor的产品, 我们也可以确认， 问题是过了EMC认证的产品是不是就没有radio emissions have caused, or are likely to cause, interference, disruption or disturbance to other devices or to radiocommunications services？也就是可以划分为LOW RISK DEVICE请各位解惑，谢谢，我对EMC十分陌生

- h6 P5 `3 m, h/ ~# L1.8 Meaning of medium riskdevice (1) In this Notice, subject to subsection (2), a device is a medium riskdevice if it is not a high risk device and contains 1 or more of the following: (a) a switch mode power supply; (b) a transistor switching circuit; (c) a microprocessor; (d) a commutator; (e) a slip ring motor; (f) an electronic device operating in a switching mode or a non linearmode. (2) A battery powered device is not a medium risk device unless the ACMAhas declared the device to be a medium risk device under subsection (3). (3) The ACMA may declare, in writing, that a particular battery powereddevice specified in the declaration is a medium risk device if: (a) the common operation of the device causes radio emissions; and (b) those radio emissions have caused, or are likely to cause, interference,disruption or disturbance to other devices or to radiocommunications services;and (c) the device is not a high risk device. (4) A declaration under subsection (3) is a notifiableinstrument for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2003
