大家有没有知道 RCM标志 都适用哪些产品啊， 有很多不适用安规也不适用EMC的，要不要打RCM标志

RCM是注册制不是自宣称制，分供应商注册和产品注册

(a) Responsible suppliers of equipment marked with the RCM must register their details
on the EESS national database under EESS regulations for the purpose of
identification. The EESS national database is located at www.erac.gov.au.
- {3 Q8 w- v, {6 INOTE Suppliers of equipment currently registered with Standards Australia for the use of the RCM shall register
6 w3 X0 a' s! ]/ u6 n1 |% W& i7 iwith the EESS national database before 31 August 2013 if they are supplying products marked with the RCM
+ l* E4 j6 \6 t+ vbeyond that date.
/ j; W2 P7 }+ U% u) h(b) When a responsible supplier uses the RCM on Level 3 equipment or Level 2
$ W; x! y# U* Sequipment as defined in AS/NZS 4417.2 the equipment shall be marked with a brand
name and model designation or type reference and this information shall be registered

(d) A plug, supply flexible cord or appliance connector sold for use with electrical and

conformity that applies to the relevant item recorded in the national register, is not
, w! ~; M  u! ~8 Y+ crequired to be registered by the responsible supplier of the electrical and electronic
equipment.
(e) If in-scope equipment includes two or more components that are themselves types of
: ~  p& w6 G  y0 S2 s% {! }$ zin-scope equipment and that are permanently attached to the equipment, the
, S+ g& P! `# O# Kcomponents are not required to be registered by the responsible supplier of the
in-scope equipment but the components shall be covered by a current certificate of

终于看明白一点了，大概总结一下：
7 N; \$ ]  R, o' ~* o出口澳大利亚 2016年3月开始 现在供应商先注册到EESS，然后看产品类型 是否也需要注册到数据库。原先的ACMA和EESS现在共用EESS数据库。

2 L+ P  }4 }2 u2 d/ CEESS管控电气安全，50VAC以上的家用的电子电气产品， 分三类产品：
Level 2 & 3 产品必须注册到数据库，强制RCM标志，包括适配器，充电器，电视机 和 家电等。
8 l  n3 Z2 w2 D/ d( _! |Level 1 的 自愿使用RCM标志。无需ESSE供应商注册。无需产品注册。若要使用RCM标志，要供应商注册，并持有DOC和产品安全证明。

- G8 U( ?# [; I3 L' m6 iACMA 有RCM标志要求的范围：EMC， 无线，通讯，电磁能量暴露(EME)
, w/ Q. x8 B, Z6 ]5 z, H5 R8 s  其中EMC和无线又分三类：Low-risk 低风险，Medium-risk 中等风险，High-risk高等风险
  M; L! {; q2 b: ~! E  EME又分Compliance level 1, 2, 3,
  p- F3 V( N: C3 E, B  Low-risk 和 Compliance level 1 产品无需RCM标志。无源,模拟。若使用RCM，要供应商注册，并持有DOC.

NewZealand 的RCM要求为：EMC，无线

基本上 无EMC要求的，不在安全管控范围内的，才不需要供应商注册和产品注册。
