章节一开头就提到对带有回旋接头的电源线在做摇摆测试时所需要承受的力的要求，# r2 D: h, S$ u% O$ I
但最后的NOTE2那里却说带有回旋接头的器具不需要进行电源线摇摆测试，这不是相互矛盾吗？还是说我的理解有误，求大神解答。谢谢！
