Based on the various inter-consultations with stakeholders, it is proposed to expand the list of products under the “Electronics & Information Technology Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012”. The list of the products proposed to be added to the schedule of the said Order is placed in the form of a draft Gazette Notification appended below.

2. The provisions of ―Electronics & IT Goods (Requirements for Compulsory Registration) Order, 2012‖ except paragraph 1(2), shall apply on the items added to the schedule of the said Order w.e.f 6 months from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette.
