Green-and-yellow insulation shall not be used except for:
a) protective earth conductors;
b) PROTECTIVE BONDING conductors;
c) potential equalization conductors for safety purposes;
d) functional earth conductors.

我来翻译一下：
h) 保护导体可以是裸露或绝缘的。如果是绝缘的话，就需要是黄绿色，除以下情况：
1）对于接地辫子（具体为何物，建议去阿里巴巴上搜索关键词earthing braids), 要么是黄绿色，要么无色透明。
2）对于内部保护导体，如果有其它导体装配中连接到保护导体端子，例如ribbon calbles, busbars, flexible printed wiring等，任何颜色都可以使用只要没有危险起因于无法辨识保护导体。
