IPI: it's the first inspection before your shipment, don't ship any products with UL mark without finishing the IPI.! Z6 @+ _* K. Z' O {& g' P2 u. T' n
Regular inspection: after the IPI, normally, for R file, there will be four times follow up inspection per year for UL, but for L file, it depends on the output of your products.- f& N: G/ T8 c8 _3 y4 b
IIP: now it's changed to IMP(increased monitor program), it's an pulish procedure.1 X* I9 f& N9 a# K) @
VN: variation notice/finding, if found, the UL auditor will issue VN, mayby hold-shippment is required, now UL will fine the factory for the VN. |
