8.2.7 Luminaires (other than those mentioned below) incorporating a capacitor of capacitance

standard test finger and incorporating a capacitor of capacitance exceeding 0,1 μF (or 0,25 μF $ o' w: _/ R: ~' W6 w* ]* ~
for luminaires with a rated voltage less than 150 V) shall be provided with a discharge device ' k* Z7 B$ x3 X% B
so that 1 s after disconnection, the voltage between the pins of the plug or adaptor/connector
