16.1 The leakage current of the appliance shall not be excessive and its electric strength shall be adequate.

16.2 An a.c. test voltage is applied between live parts and accessible metal parts that are connected to metal foil having an area not exceeding 20 cm × 10 cm in contact with accessible surfaces of insulating materials.7 W6 m$ u( U- E$ b/ o q# _0 F0 s
The test voltage is
