The sample is rated as fail due to an excessive migration of Nickel. (we will send you the final report by tomorrow.)

In Italy there is a national law concerned to the object intended to come in contact with food made of aluminum  (DMS n° 76 18 April 2007).
% D7 t1 ~) Z# G+ dThis legislation required a purity level of aluminum used (not migration tests are required)
Therefore it is necessary a declaration of the MFR about the type aluminum used for the plating of the item.

一般说来，如果是食品容器方面的产品出口到意大利，在金属方面，要求最多的也只是针对不锈钢的产品（Stainless steel)，测试对象为Migration of Ni&Cd;

我们使用的材料是镀铝板，不能通过上述的测试，客户建议我们使用不锈钢，但价格会贵很多。由于我从来没做过意大利的食品级安全测试，不了解，但镀铝板做LFGB都没问题，所以我想了解一下意大利的食品安全级测试是怎么一回事，怎么做最容易通过。
