我现在有一款烤甲灯  LED光源加热方式  其实原理很简单，就好比靠一组LED灯辐射加热，用于指甲油的干燥，发热很小，现在对于适用标准，我司与澳洲机构有不同的看法
3 F. C1 C: ?7 P8 n+ w6 t我们是使用IEC60335-2-23 来出的报告，但澳洲的答复如下：

I am doing the technical assessment of this application and have found that the standard for which you have applied is not correct. The standard IEC60335-2-23 is for hair care appliances.

The product should be assessed to IEC60335-2-27 or AS/NZS60335.2.27 and AS/NZS60335.1:2011.

Also, I have noticed that under CNAS you do not have accreditation for IEC60335-2-27.

You will need to have the product assessed to AS/NZS60335. 2.27 and AS/NZS60335.1 or IEC equivalent.

• IEC 60335-2-23 also covers skin care. Nail could be considered as a kind of skin.
• IEC 60335-2-27 concerns UV emitter and IR emitter. The LED nail lamp neither has UV emitter nor IR emitter (wavelength 800 nm or longer).

It appears to have other than LED lighting to dry the nails, as we know LED by itself, does not have any real heat for drying.

LED发光热量非常小，怎么能烤干指甲油，这产品有点新，关注后续。。。

你把烘干原理给他讲讲不就得了，个人不认为LED的辐射可以烘干，倒是其自身散热可以烤干。

概念型产品，不一定用最有效的办法，而要用最弦的办法，我们是不懂这些商业运作的，还是讨论用什么标准吧。
