有防护屏的灯具一定要有这个符号吗
哪些类型的防护屏需要标这个符号？

不一定，可以用文字代替，没有文字的就一定要用这个标志。
3.2.16 Luminaires incorporating a protective shield shall be marked as follows:
"Replace any cracked protective shield"
or
with the symbol (see Figure 1).

塑料的防护屏也要加吗，还是只是针对玻璃的

塑料的也要的，塑料破碎了也要更换。标准没有指出只针对玻璃啊。

是的，但在国标中就有说是玻璃防护屏，还有AS/NZS标准也是写玻璃的

Question:
Protective shield is a mean that protects against:
1) UV and/or;
2) shattering particles and/or;
3) ensures the declared IP degree; it is made of glass or other material. In which cases the “Replace
damaged glass protective shield” marking is required? What we consider as a “protective shield”? Indeed
only glass protective shield should be considered or even plastic shields have to be taken into account?

Decision:
Marking only in case 1) and 2), both in case of glass and plastic shield.

所以，只有符合1和2才认为是标准所说的‘protective shield',才适用于所提及的警告语和标志。

另外，不仅仅是针对玻璃材质的。
