§ 67 Ordinary office machinery: C/ D7 k, ^( Z8 U+ s' K
The exclusion set out in the fourth indent of Article 1 (2) (k) applies to electrical equipment such as, for example, printers, copiers, fax machines, sorters, binders and staplers.

0 p5 R* F0 i( i4 ~# {& M- Z8 IThis exclusion does not concern machinery with similar functions intended for use in industries such as, for example, the printing or paper industries.

C4 y8 Q3 K" h. w& vThe exclusion of ordinary office machinery does not extend to electrically powered office furniture which is subject to the Machinery Directive.
