After the tests of clause 9.12.11.3 or 9.12.11.4 item b), the tests of non-tripping and
tripping tests shall be performed according to 9.12.12.1. If the current is steadily
increased within 5 s to 1.1 times the conventional tripping current at the end of this
verification, should all the RCBOs trip within 1 h?
Decision:
No, the sentence of “The RCBOs shall trip within 1 h” in 9.12.12.1 shall be replaced by
“The RCBOs shall trip within the conventional time”.
