The nameplate of a notebook computer is located in the battery compartment. Only when the users remove the battery, can the nameplate be seen. Is this acceptable?

(See proposed clarification in document 108/264A/DC): These markings shall be readily visible in any OPERATOR ACCESS AREA , except that they shall not be located on the bottom of equipment having a mass exceeding 18 kg.
