Job Responsibilities:
1.  Power converter design, which includes: magnetic and close-loop control design, component selection, stress and thermal analyze.
2.  Define detail design scheme, schedule and test point
; ~  H- J; y' d( w1 Q( }9 O3.  Project documentation respect to the requirements of R&D procedure
' f- y# F0 I9 c+ }1 [4.  Coordinate with component, mechanical and qualification engineers.

Job Requirements:
1.  B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics;
2.  Good understanding power conversion, semiconductor device theory, applied electromagnetic theory, instrumentation and controls;
) p  T0 ~2 c) J5 H9 h$ d1 i) H% J3.  5 yrs experience in design of power electronics products (UPS, Telecom Switching mode Power Supply etc.) is preferred;
/ h0 N* t$ U2 J1 {- z4.  Strong ability in circuit analysis and proficient in using circuit simulators;
5.  Good communication and interpersonal skills;
