What should be the criteria for accepting a manufacturer’s declaration for

Decision:
1 Q0 i- @9 p" |It was agreed that although manufacturer 's declaration may well be taken into consideration,
  v1 q# ]* b! Ohowever testing must be performed to ensure that requirements of IEC61010-1 is met.
Explanatory Notes:
In IEC61010-1, there is no requirement to simulate the ageing process of critical components
2 Q2 L$ D( z/ p$ Q, |such as the mains / isolating transformers.
It should be noted that after each single fault condition test, where necessary, the required
2 L% |/ @1 u( k1 g7 K2 o& Yhigh voltage test must also be applied to ensure that at least basic insulation exists.
