Due to pulse charging (e.g. 2 seconds “in” and 6 seconds “out”) used in many cases, the following: P" G* D: D, q$ L
question has arisen. If the mains falls for more than, e.g. 10 minutes, a continuous charging period of
) b1 H& x6 z* o$ ^( D+ i- tabout 20 h will start. During this 20 h period the temperature in the battery compartment may rise to about
" |8 _& y- [- y1 q5 S3 [& d10°C higher than during the pulse charging (near 50°C). Shall the temperature during the pulse charging

The Secretary informed that the Lumex ELP had considered this item at its meeting and confirmed that
