建议楼主仔细看下标准第20章，说的很清楚：
20 Stability and mechanical hazards
20.1 Appliances, other than fixed appliances and hand-held appliances, intended to be

我也觉得玻璃缸拿出来不合理,LZ有没有问3C机构为什么要拿出来?

LZ有没有试过拿出玻璃缸来做10°倾斜的测试能否通过.也可通过说明书注明拿出玻璃缸前要先关电源.
