请教下，用于T8双端荧光灯管的G13灯座，在评估接触力的时候，
10.2 Holders shall be so designed that a lamp or starter as appropriate can be easily inserted

第二，如果灯座类型不属于以下接触力测试的任何一种情况，是否不需要做接触力？
10.3.1 a) For bi-pin lampholders G5, G13 and G20 making contact mainly along one side of
each pin of the cap,
b) For G5 and G13 lampholders, where contact is made by a tubular shaped contact,
c) For lampholders G20: under consideration.
