1. Member States shall adopt and publish the provisions4 e! H7 O6 g. y" _) \4 q& P# d
necessary to comply with this Directive by 29 June 2008 at the. Y. D' f R) w- g5 ]# L
latest. They shall forthwith inform the Commission thereof.
% ?' h7 ^, R1 H. B9 N- yThey shall apply those provisions with effect from 290 {& }$ D& T( p3 W; E' L% K
December 2009.
3 ~7 E9 ?; g- s$ w) WWhen Member States adopt those provisions, they shall contain* d& d2 b# C7 A. m4 t, b9 S
a reference to this Directive or shall be accompanied by such/ }! F: o; ?. q3 Z" [
reference on the occasion of their official publication. Member
; z' b4 s6 W$ `/ U6 Q' mStates shall determine how such reference is to be made.
" C; v5 [- S$ c# _2. Member States shall communicate to the Commission the
& c; L" R% X8 Q5 g! j( Qtext of the provisions of national law which they adopt in the
# _$ {( g/ Q: D& |field covered by this Directive, together with a table showing
" M) R5 Y6 V( N" \how the provisions of this Directive correspond to the national

of this Directive.
