我们一款打草机,在国外遭投诉, 原因是打草线自动切断后,线头飞出,打疼用户的脚趾头.
( S4 M- d* M+ x5 v" ~+ O问题产品在国外, 看不到, 我觉得原因是如下两点, 请各位帮忙分析对不对:

Lawn trimmers shall be guarded on the operator’s side, as a minimum, to the extent shown
in Figure 101.
The radius X of the guard shall not be smaller than the major swept radius of the cutting
+ k. |6 ?2 E$ s2 c% ehead and the guard shall extend beyond the plane of the cutting element by at least 3 mm
for walk-behind lawn trimmers and 10 mm for hand-held lawn trimmers. The guard shall
extend at least 45° from the axis of the handle on the side where the cutting element is
( Z& d+ ~# o4 [- g+ xmoving away from the operator and at least 90° from the axis of the handle on the side where
) ?4 G. f* q, {/ N! k* Tthe cutting element is moving towards the operator. The vertices of these angles lie on the

shall be marked on the lawn trimmer.

are stored for at least seven days in a humidity cabinet under the same conditions as those
required for the test of 15.3 before carrying out the test and measurement.
For the purposes of this standard, the kinetic energy shall be determined by means of the
following formula:

没看到贵司产品的护罩图片，也不能给出准确的信息：
& S: c7 {0 }5 C6 g% j; I1.防护罩是否存在变形，防护角度是否符合要求，4.6.2（附录2a、2b） 4.6.3（附录 3a、3b），因为护罩变形了，它的底部防护就有可能不密实，尼龙线会飞出来的。

是的可能的，护罩导向问题，以及客户如何操作是否手持方向不对？？

认证的产品也不能肯定解决实际使用中的可能遭遇。
0 G3 r' p1 R- g. u; u. _( H0 Z4 M确定是纯的尼龙线吧？直径应该在2.3mm以内吧？

CE-LVD/MD 测试都通过, 也拿到了某机构的GS证书.  但还是有投诉, 证书的严肃性我们暂且不谈, 只想单纯谈论问题, 和解决问题的方法. 不知道我的上述分析对不对, 如果对, 可否告知解决方案, 请各位不吝指教. 谢谢啦
