我们一款打草机,在国外遭投诉, 原因是打草线自动切断后,线头飞出,打疼用户的脚趾头.
问题产品在国外, 看不到, 我觉得原因是如下两点, 请各位帮忙分析对不对:

20.101.1 Lawn trimmers
& e7 v& ]" z- O9 TLawn trimmers shall be guarded on the operator’s side, as a minimum, to the extent shown

The radius X of the guard shall not be smaller than the major swept radius of the cutting
- w% n4 t0 l) z7 x9 |! L8 Qhead and the guard shall extend beyond the plane of the cutting element by at least 3 mm

extend at least 45° from the axis of the handle on the side where the cutting element is
moving away from the operator and at least 90° from the axis of the handle on the side where

22.103 A cutting element shall have a kinetic energy of not more than 10 J.

关键你们认证的这不满足 ，是如何拿到证书的

CE-LVD/MD 测试都通过, 也拿到了某机构的GS证书.  但还是有投诉, 证书的严肃性我们暂且不谈, 只想单纯谈论问题, 和解决问题的方法. 不知道我的上述分析对不对, 如果对, 可否告知解决方案, 请各位不吝指教. 谢谢啦

认证的产品也不能肯定解决实际使用中的可能遭遇。
确定是纯的尼龙线吧？直径应该在2.3mm以内吧？

是的可能的，护罩导向问题，以及客户如何操作是否手持方向不对？？

没看到贵司产品的护罩图片，也不能给出准确的信息：
+ x2 q+ Z+ N7 |1 l( s% }1.防护罩是否存在变形，防护角度是否符合要求，4.6.2（附录2a、2b） 4.6.3（附录 3a、3b），因为护罩变形了，它的底部防护就有可能不密实，尼龙线会飞出来的。
