Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
/ m. I9 i# @$ ~! b8 O0 L# t# U• Develop, test, & implement quality assurance plans and evaluate quality standards with limited direction
, P; u( F9 ^) s z• Execute solid judgement to ensure the use of acceptable test procedures and test methods
4 b. n7 j W+ {% Z• Work independently to maintain, modify and enhance existing quality assurance testing methods and processes
- H% z; ?5 z4 O$ Z• Interface with other organizations to establish test development strategies and procedures to improve test efficiencies related to the product designs
" \: \' F) l" l$ z' V• Provide timely and accurate reporting of testing activies and projects; C+ h: j6 V2 x3 r$ w% }
• Analyze test results, pro-actively seeks solutions, recommends corrective action
5 D6 {8 s& ~" Q( S8 T1 K# u! }• Provide solutions to a wide range of technical issues

+ A6 L v8 T2 Y0 D3 }! h/ }' ^0 XSkills: 3-6 years experience with the following " h6 p+ J7 H/ W$ \' Q+ p
• Strong ability to develop specialized and innovative tests, as required; G# [# s5 @* h7 w
• Solid abilities to troubleshoot complex power and control circuits
. L/ e+ u( X4 @! ]- D• Experience with analog circuits, circuit analysis and circuit debugging
2 V* _% t7 M6 I" @! ]• Knowledge and wide application of engineering principles, concepts and theories
l3 P% M' V' D6 Z0 N8 C' u/ N• Experience AC-DC power supply design, testing and troubleshooting1 {' k n$ R9 h" J5 L7 L
• Strong knowledge of AC power including single and three-phase through 5000 VRMS
8 V8 n) ^2 u; T' N, \' ]; K" ?: R• Fully competent in all necessary QA skills and tools% f" E6 L$ d: M7 f+ T8 }4 l9 a |
• Understanding of overall business environment and project management9 h: L! Q' R( g
• Strong written & verbal communication skills

Education Required: Minimum B.S. in Electrical Engineering) L% I8 E/ C9 o. R4 w2 }
8 z, q6 e5 E6 DExperience Required: 3-6 years |
